What's the ETA for my package?
Within the US, orders may take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Everywhere else may take longer, around 3 weeks or more. ETA's depend on your government's mailing system for standard letters.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
For prints and stickers, orders are shipped as standard letters with only the addresses and an extra sticker for protection.
What is the return policy?
Once the order is shipped, returns are not possible. If there's an issue with your order, please use the contact form, and we'll try our best to solve the issue.
What is the quality of the stickers?
Stickers are home-made and laminated to give extra protection against water and scratches, and they can be used on water bottles.
For cleaning bottles, spot cleaning and immediate drying with a towel is recommended.
Prolonged contact with water may cause the ink to bleed around the edges.
These stickers are also not meant for outdoor use, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
